Jacob L. Jaeger, Esquire

Co-Owner & Managing Partner

Attorney Jacob Jaeger brings an uncommonly diverse professional background to his legal practice, shaped by experiences that provide him with unique insight into the workplace dynamics and employment challenges his clients face.

Before embarking on his legal career, Mr. Jaeger worked for many years as a professional opera and musical theatre performer in New York City and Philadelphia, where he navigated the complexities of the entertainment industry and developed a deep understanding of performance under pressure.

As an attorney, Mr. Jaeger has developed extensive experience in employment law, professional liability, healthcare, catastrophic injury, and municipal litigation. He previously served as defense counsel at prominent insurance defense firms, representing clients across a wide range of legal disciplines including professional liability, employment discrimination and wage-and-hour matters, real estate, workers' compensation, healthcare, construction, and railroad law. Throughout his defense practice, Mr. Jaeger demonstrated exceptional ability to manage complex caseloads, conduct thorough factual investigations, craft strategic legal defenses, and secure favorable outcomes for clients.

Now focusing his practice on plaintiff-side employment law, Mr. Jaeger leverages his comprehensive understanding of both sides of the courtroom to develop innovative strategies on behalf of employees facing discrimination, retaliation, wage theft, and other workplace injustices. His unique combination of real-world business experience and legal expertise allows him to anticipate employer defenses, understand corporate decision-making processes, and effectively advocate for his clients' rights.

Jacob also serves on the Board of Directors of the West Jersey Music Academy, a non-profit music school in Moorestown, NJ, with the mission of providing music instruction and performance opportunities for all, including people with disabilities, seniors, and the indigent.

Outside of work, Jacob enjoys spending time with his family and friends, skiing and snowboarding, being outdoors as much as possible, and exploring new restaurants around Philadelphia and beyond.
