Our Story
Founders Kurt Jung and Jacob Jaeger established Jung & Jaeger Law LLC after working in various law office and firm models, where they recognized the need for a law firm dedicated to delivering justice with effectiveness and integrity. As career civil rights advocates for individuals who have suffered illegal discrimination and abusive conduct, Jung and Jaeger created a firm where clients receive competent representation and a powerful voice—without intimidation or fear of retaliation from their employers.
Both Jung and Jaeger observed that many law firm models were not client-friendly, requiring attorneys to manage overwhelming caseloads that divided their time and attention among numerous clients. Solo practitioners, while dedicated, often lack backup support when unavailable. Jung and Jaeger knew there was a better way.
With years of civil rights experience at the EEOC and the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission, Kurt Jung followed his passion to help clients obtain justice for egregious acts of discrimination.
